Face routine for 100% natural combination skin

Face routine for 100% natural combination skin
Today I want to introduce my face routine 100% natural. At the moment I have mixed skin. But this is not the case all year long. In winter, I tend to have dry, sensitive skin. These changes are due to changes in the outside temperature. As soon as it's hot, my T zone becomes a sebum + plant

So if like me you have mixed skin (whether seasonal or all year round), I hope this article will help you find your 100% natural routine

But before you talk about products, let's take stock of what a combination skin is and what it needs

MIXED SKIN: THE MOST POPULAR SKIN TYPE IN WOMEN
If like me, you have mixed skin, you are part of the club of 70! What's she talking about? The 70's simply means that 70% of women have mixed skin, regardless of how old we are. So, do you feel less alone now

But do not panic! Nature provides us with lots of assets specially adapted to our skin type. Thank you, Mother Nature

So, how do you recognize a combination skin
Mixed skin is a double-faceted skin, a skin a little bipolar in fact, like a malabar bi-taste you see

It is divided into two parts

- a normal skin area (dry): the temples, cheekbones and maxillary

- a fatter zone with dilated pores (black spots and possibly pimples): the famous zone T which includes the forehead, the nose and the chin
WHAT DOES THE MIXED SKIN NEED? WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS AND PRODUCTS TO BE PRIVILEGED
Like all skin types, combination skin needs water and oil. Why? Because the hydrolipidic film that serves as a barrier and protects our skin is composed of water and oil. It is therefore necessary to respect and / or restore this balance

In the case of mixed skin, it is therefore necessary to balance the production of sebum but also to maintain good skin moisture for normal or dry parts

Here we talk about 100% natural routine. I will present natural ingredients and active ingredients, which we prefer to choose organic preferably

VEGETABLE OILS
Jojoba vegetable oil: it is the vegetable oil most suitable for combination skin. It is sebo-regulating, balancing, nourishing and protective. It can be applied all over the face, pure or mixed. She has a dry touch and is not absolutely comedogenic
Hazelnut vegetable oil: it is also a sebo-regulating, balancing and protective oil. It also has a dry feel and is not comedogenic. It is used pure or mixed. Be careful however to people who are allergic to nuts
Grape seed oil: like the 2 previous ones, it is sebo-regulating. It will also help to unclog dilated pores and tighten them. It has a dry feel and is antioxidant. It is used pure or mixed

HYDROLATES OR FLORAL WATERS
The floral water (or hydrolate) of geranium rosat: it is naturally balanced, astringent and antiseptic. It is toned and restores radiance and softness to the skin
Floral water (or hydrolate) lavender: astringent, it will help tighten the pores dilated. It is also purifying (blackheads) and tonic for the skin. It also helps fight the appearance of wrinkles
Verbénone rosemary floral water: it is an ideal floral water to regulate the secretion of sebum. It is astringent, purifying and antioxidant
The floral water of lemon verbena: antibacterial, it is also appreciated for its clarifying, toning and soothing properties

ASSETS AND OTHER INGREDIENTS
The aloe vera gel: ideal for all skin types, it brings the necessary water for a good hydration of the skin. It is prufiant, tensor, regenerating and anti-aging. It's the Swiss knife of natural cosmetics
