INGREDIENTS
600 g turkey schnitzel - cut into strips or cubes
2 red peppers - cut into strips
2 garlic cloves - finely sliced
1 onion, medium sized - cut into strips
200 ml poultry fund - for example, from the glass
100 g creme fraiche
50 g ajvar (spicy paprika paste)
1-2 tablespoons thyme leaves, fresh
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and sweet paprika
MANUAL
First you wash the peppers, halve and decorate them and cut them into strips. Peel the onion and cut into strips, slice the garlic
The meat is cut into strips or cubes, as you like, and seasoned with salt and sweet (mild) paprika powder

Roast the turkey meat in a large pan with 1 tbsp of hot olive oil until golden brown at high heat, take it out of the pan and put it aside (for example, simply put in a bowl and dish on to keep it warm)
Then add another 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan and sauté the peppers, onion and garlic for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. At the end of the 5 minutes, stir in the thyme leaves and ajvar
Then you put off with the poultry fund, stir the creme Fraiche and let everything simmer again for 3-5 minutes
Put the meat back into the pan to the vegetables and season again with salt, noble sweet paprika and Ajvar.
NOTE: The sauce is quite thin. Of course, if you like, you can still thicken it
Rice especially tastes great, also because it absorbs the sauce so beautifully. I wish you a good appetite
